As I log in to mechwarrior on the game screen, it loads for about 1 second, and then bring me back to the login saying
AN ERROR OCCURED
The session was lost.

Why is this? What can I do to get around it?

I've had this for the last two patches not sure if it's me or the server. Official reply would be helpful

can you post your dxdiagit may show us where the error is.

What is a dxdagit?

I typed dxdiag and it says no problems found. Does that help?

Since the last two patches, I have "Session was lost" in the middle of the game again and again. Maybe every 5 or 6 games. Never occured before, but it suddenly appeared after a patch. The dxdiagtool shows no errors. Dunno what to do, mostly it happens during intense combat with much action, and bäm, it shuts down...

me 2 i asked pgi for help and all i got was we dont knoew well as the dev and they closed the serport ticket

I've DC-d 5 times today in the middle of a match. This never happened before. I'm thinking the current Assaults against the World event is causing the issue.
I've also noticed a lot more other users DC-ing halfway through a match as well. Usually it's in the heat of actual combat, with multiple lasers and ballistics going off in a congested area. Graphics, motion, everything just stops, and you're rewarded with a nice screenshot perma-view of death.
Hopefully it gets better.

Stop complaining guys! This is PGI net code at its best.

Every time I save mech load-outs or launch to play I get the session is lost now, in fact the coding for Internet play is so improved now that I can't play! That is genius that is.

PS- got 1 game off and when it was updating the c-bills from my match...... session is lost.

I have the exact same problem!?!?!?! its been happening for a couple of days now. My computer is up to date on all its patches and the internet is running at full power, I cant figure out whats wrong? Oh and I have tried uninstaling it and reinstaling it and using the repaire tool and all the other stupid stuff they had me, do nothing worked.

Some word from PGI would be nice, I feel like they ignoring this problem.

Same problem. No way ive tried to fix it has worked. Any solutions?
